「部屋は掃除が完了してなく冷蔵庫もなかった。 滞在中のハウスキーピングも忘れられてカスタマーサービスの対応も悪かった。 非常に残念な滞在だった。」

「ホテルのサービス案内は、質問したら口頭説明のみ。テレビ、機能するのか確認できず。部屋の電話はクレジットカード登録をしなければ使えないらしい。 部屋設備の不整備を除くと、ハウスキーピングはコミュニケーションを感じ、よかった。バーやレストランの接客も悪くない。 問題はフロント、ここまでフロントスタッフの接客にストレスを感じたホテルはなかった。ここはマリオットではない。」

「景色が悪かったですが、ホテルのランクにしては安い部屋だったので当然といえば当然です。 外出ても近くになにもないですが、空港の近くなので求めるのもどうかなと思います。」

「ゴージャスな清潔感のあるホテルでした。夜のレストランは人気で、たくさんの人で賑わっていました。周辺は緑が多く、とても静かで良い環境です。」

「Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again.」

「学生時代以来のブライトン。懐かしさしかない街。 ホテルは海にも近く、向いが公園なので、海も見えなくはない。 外観は古いが室内はキレイ。 このホテルには受付はなく、数軒隣のストロベリーなんとか、というイチゴの目印の宿にしか受付がない。 この辺、英語が分からないと混乱するかも… とにかく、このホテルから北側に数軒隣のイチゴの看板のホテルに行けば何とかなります！」

「彼女と2人で利用しました。価格重視でホテルタイプを探していました。海が見える立地ではないのでおしゃれな要素はありませんが、室内はシンプルで申し分ないです。朝食はフルブレックファストでビュッフェ形式だったので満足できました。値段を考えたら十分満足です。」

「入口にドアが二つあり、戸惑っていたら宿泊者の方が手招きしてくださり、受付の方もとてもフレンドリーで素敵な滞在のはじまりでした。 清掃もとても丁寧で、タオル類は分厚くたっぷり、お部屋にある無料のお水やティーセットのおかげで毎日ゆっくりティータイムをすることができました。 立地としてもcoach stationから近く、スーパーマーケットやカフェもホテル裏の通りにたくさん便利でした。 また機会があれば是非利用したいと思います。 2人で泊まり、お互い大きなスーツケースを持参しましたが、十分なスペースがありました。」

「空港への送迎が24時間対応だったので、飛行機が遅れて24時過ぎに到着しても問題なく利用できた。」

「Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and attractively decorated. Our only complaints were that the coat hangers in the wardrobe were too high for a small adult to reach without standing on the stool; also a non slip mat in the shower would be helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice of continental or cooked in an attractive room overlooking the garden. An added bonus was that the hotel is right next to Arundel Railway Station and within easy walking distance of the town.」

「Even though the room is on the small side it’s a beautiful place to stay, perfect location and if your lucky parking right outside. Didn’t have food or drink here as we like to try other places. Would stay he again 100% best place we have stayed in Brighton. 」
