「The room was very clean and comfortable. The laundry service was not okay. They washed a white T shirts with a pair of blue jeans and the t shirts came to have blue color. Breakfast was very tasty. It is recommended to go to the dining early so that you can have a plenty of time to enjoy their foods and service. 」

「Clean and well serviced in the rooms.
There was a wedding party when we were there that was very noisy and although they had a great time it was difficult to hold a conversation in the restaurant in the evening, that's why I gave good rather that excellent.」

「チチェスターの中心部にあって、立地条件的に便利ですが、スタッフのサービスが悪いのには驚かされました。同じ部屋に2泊したのですが、部屋の天井の電灯が点かないので替えて欲しい、ヘアドライヤーが備え付けられていないので貸して欲しい、などの注文を朝出かける前にしたときには、「わかりました。」という返事でしたが、夕方に帰ったら「申し訳ございませんが、目下、天井の電球を切らしておりまして、まだ取り替えられておりません。明日には必ず取り替えます。」とのこと。それに、部屋に入ったら、ヘアドライヤーもなく、ベッドも整えられておらず、前日使用したコーヒーカップも洗浄されておらず、タオルもそのまま、インスタントコーヒーやティーバッグ、お菓子などの補充もされていませんでした。朝食だけは満足できました。」

「Our stay was interrupted by a scheduled power cut over one night which was inconvenient. Alternative arrangement was provided but the low humming noise of power generators next to our rooms made sleeping challenging. Hotel took notice of our feedback.」
