「Excellent stay - friendly staff all members I met including the ladies who do the cleaning are polite and helpful…clean rooms always freshen up when your out for the day, only negative would be breakfast didn’t have fresh fruit option and toast was pretty basic not much choice」

「All staff at The Swan were extremely helpful and cheerful, willing to help anyone. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and plenty of choice along with the various juices, yoghurts, fruits and pastries. Our room 9 was beautiful and we found it to be spotlessly clean on arrival, decorated lovely too. I would have saved myself around £50 if I had booked directly with the hotel itself though.」
