"The first room we were given was not as nice and clean as the second one cos it was noisy and the coffee/tea supply tray is dirty/dusty seemed like not been touched for ages. The reception very kindly gave us another room which is very clean and more comfortable so had a lovely rest."

Hidden fees. Long complicated check in process
"Very complicated check in progress. Took me two hours to check in while I was standing outside the building in the heat. The management asked me to pay additional costs and additional security checks. If I was told early then i would be more prepared or even avoided"
