「Peter was very welcoming upon our arrival. The cleanliness is exceptional, and is amongst the best we have ever experienced. Thought has been given to the smallest detail, The interior design, decor and ambiance is outstanding. Dave and Peter serve up a wholesome breakfast treat, which on its own makes us want to return. It is very close to the Goodwood motor racing circuit. This was perfect to enjoy a weekend getaway. For a bed and breakfast, our experience may be likened to a five star hotel....

「Stayed at The Old Store guest house with my daughter for 2 nights. We loved everything about our stay. Spacious room in the eves, very clean, very comfortable bed, well appointed room, plenty room in the shower room to lay out your toiletries, good shower, lovely view over the countryside. 「Easy to find with plenty of parking, arrived early but wasn’t a problem shown to our room by the landlady which was larger than expected with plenty of room it was of a high standard very fresh looking and clean! Extra pillows found , and had a selection of tea and coffees and had delish quality biscuits! Bathroom was a good size with fresh smelling towels ready and good quality shower gel and conditioner Evening meal and breakfast were of a high standard A very pleasant relaxed atmosphere...

「チチェスターの中心部にあって、立地条件的に便利ですが、スタッフのサービスが悪いのには驚かされました。同じ部屋に2泊したのですが、部屋の天井の電灯が点かないので替えて欲しい、ヘアドライヤーが備え付けられていないので貸して欲しい、などの注文を朝出かける前にしたときには、「わかりました。」という返事でしたが、夕方に帰ったら「申し訳ございませんが、目下、天井の電球を切らしておりまして、まだ取り替えられておりません。明日には必ず取り替えます。」とのこと。それに、部屋に入ったら、ヘアドライヤーもなく、ベッドも整えられておらず、前日使用したコーヒーカップも洗浄されておらず、タオルもそのまま、インスタントコーヒーやティーバッグ、お菓子などの補充もされていませんでした。朝食だけは満足できました。」
