「Loved our stay and so did our dog, especially the doggie sausage for breakfast! I made full use of the swimming pool and hot tub and had it to myself. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will come back.」

「We made an independent booking with an agent. We were not aware that this hotel caters predominantly for coach parties. There were around 200+ coach party guests and only a handful of individual bookings. Our bedroom, on the third floor, was spacious but had no chest of drawers to unpack clothes into. The room and bathroom were clean, but very old fashioned. There were just two electric sockets which were used for the tv and kettle. No other sockets. Rooms were serviced at irregular intervals....

「A clean room with friendly welcoming staff on arrival. Bar and restaurant downstairs are nice with good food and a reasonable drinks selection. Nice breakfast served promptly. Good access to the No.6 Bus to Newport and Ventnor (just outside the pub door), and the 'Island Coaster' along the coast/ too Yarmouth and Ryde (from just up the path). Would highly recommend for walkers doing the Coastal Walk wanting a nice relaxing place to rest.」
