「The cottage needed extra cleaning when we arrived, but staff were fantastic to try and help. Some of the furniture was tired for a cottage claiming to be a luxury accommodation. But the hot tub, pool, staff and colwell bay made the trip lovely.」

「First of all, this is a guesthouse not a hotel. They do have free parking and their location is perfect. There is sea view and they are by the sea lift, which unfortunately wasn’t working. The hotel itself is adequate, the deco is basic and aged. The room is also quite basic, there is also no aircon or fan, thankfully the sea breeze came through when the balcony door is open, our balcony had a sea view which was very nice. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. It only serves breakfast between 08:30...

「Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...
