「Great location and buffet breakfast was good. However, to use the pool and spa facilities they asked for a £10 per day per person surcharge as hotel not booked direct, this was not made clear at booking. Ate in restaurant one evening, quality of meal was poor.」

「Our experience of this hotel was not 5 star. The best things about the hotel are location and staff. Very close to the beach, beautiful views, 15/20 minutes walk to the train station and town centre. Our ground floor room was very disappointing, small, poorly maintained, dirty carpet ,needed a good clean in the bathroom, black mold in shower, poorly fitting curtains. Uncomfortable bed especially the pillows. Pre ordered breakfast was ok but again not in our opinion 5 star. There is no evening...
