「The hotel facilities are good. We were waiting in line to get in, but the woman at reception was already helping other guests and seemed to ignore us a little. She also spoke very very fast. If that hadn't happened, it would have been great. I wondered if it was because we were Asian. It was the first unpleasant feeling I had in the UK on this trip. It would be helpful if there was a shuttle bus to the airport terminal.」

「From the bus stop at Liverpool One, walked 15 mins in a scenic wharf. Room was the top 8th floor and pertfect, enjoyed wonderful river view from a large window. Breakfast didn't include fresh vegetables, but nice English breakfast. リバプールワンから景色の良い埠頭を15分歩きます。部屋は最上階の8階でかつ広くて完璧。大きな窓からの眺めは最高です。 朝食はサラダやフルーツはわすわかでしたが、十分に美味しいイングリッシュブラックファストでした。 泊まって良かったです。」
