「Amazing view. Very comfortable apartment.」

「Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One. Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome. Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under. 」

「Brilliant location right in the heart of the action but also tucked away in a little lane. Always felt safe. Can see the waterfront area and Beatles statues at the end of the street. Also a small supermarket a few minutes’ walk, as is Matthews Street. The apartment is a little tired but we found it clean, comfortable and spacious. 「Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...
