"Comfy bed. Pleasant and helpful staff. Gutted didn’t get to go in thermal suite as it was fully booked but other than that the stay was lovely. Had some birthday chocolates with a message from the team as it was a stay for my birthday so that was a nice touch. 10 mins in taxi or 25-30 min walk to central Liverpool. First off, the communication is poor.
Second, the pictures you put online are totally misleading
Third, the bathroom is disgusting and the shower. You press a button that activates the shower for 10 seconds with scolding water coming out.
