「Maybe we didn’t know what we were getting into.. but, it is not as pictured. Worn, dirty, and positioned above a pub. The pub wasn’t even the issue, not even close. it was the street noise and every single sound coming through the windows. Street noise, traffic, garbage trucks, construction. And this was despite being provided air plugs..Red flag. no good staying here if you want any sleep. But to speak to the cleanliness. There was none. Everything was rusted and dirty. Don’t do it. 「The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam」

「Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.」

「The host was friendly and helpful. We received our check in codes in advance so were able to check in without waiting around when we arrived. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a great location and had a supermarket at the end of the road. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. The rate quoted was also deceptive since double that amount was taken in fees and taxes. I missed that so thats on me but the...
