"Perfect room, small and without entertainment but priced well considering those factors. My partner was feeling a bit sick in the morning and the checkout was at 11am, I spoke to a very helpful female member of staff who said if we were a couple minutes over it wouldn't be a problem - we didn't want to push it but that bit of comfort helped her catch her breath and we departed at 11:03 without issue."

"Very convenient for lime street station, and just the other side :2 reasonable pubs for pub grub. The Crown, traditonal , with amazing historic interior deco and great CAMRA beers, or the Lime Street Central, modernized interior and ok beers and grub"

"Room was lovely apart from the extractor fan being on constantly, we were also woken by the moving of barrells early morning as the room was really noisy Breakfast and Breakfast staff were lovely Spa - disappointing as we werent told it was fully booked all week when we arrived, we went to speak with the Spa team and was told we couldn't even use the pool either as this was also fully booked all week Upon checkout we're weren't asked about our stay to mention any of this either. "
