The delightful staff made me know i was back in Liverpool. They were so friendly snd helpful.We have stayed here before but not since the downstairs areas have been opened up .It looks very good. We enjoyed our dinner for 11 of us on the first night , good food and our room was clean with a comfortable bed and spacious . .Good location too.

We were there for a wedding and had 3 room booked which we could not access early. But we used the spa to shower and change. The disappointment came after I had my cosmetics stolen from the spa. We dressed and rushed to the wedding. Next morning I went to the spa to find out that my bag of cosmetics were not there, not handed in. So disappointed if spa staff did not find and keep and appalled at the quality of customers using the spa if they stole it. Sadly it was expensive make up and moisturiser. I would have expected more from a supposedly quality hotel

Good location

Great location opposite theatre and restaurants. Comfortable bed good tea tray and toioetries had iron in room and safe Room at back 3rd floor needs updating looking bit tired. Shower over bath good but controls out of reach easily when u are standing lin bath to use it .could do with a hand bar to hold when getting in and out .

This is my favourite hotel in Liverpool. I have stayed here many times over the past 9 years since my daughter moved to Liverpool. It's nice to stay in a quieter part of the city. It's a bit pricey compared to other hotels but still worth it.

Incredible spa

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Located near bold street with loads of restaurants and bars. The spa was out of this world! Would come back solely for the outdoor heated jet pool! Very good value for money.
