"Property was very clean and tidy. The only issue we had was reception wasn’t “obvious”. It looked like students sat at a table, there was no signage stating it was reception or check in so we stood there for a while. Finally worked it out, got checked in. Member of staff wasn’t very helpful with regards to the lift etc. other than that it was good and the breakfast was beautiful"
