「家族3人には部屋はとても快適でした。特に2部屋をつないだような部屋で、ドレッサーも十分なものでした。歩いて15分ほどのところには大きなスーパーもあり、買い物にも便利です。（ＴＥＳＣＯ Ｅｘｐｒｅｓｓならもっと近くにあります)朝食もおいしく、是非再度泊まりたいホテルです。」

「Friendly, professional and caring management. Traveling with my handicapped father and the management team was compassionate and very supportive. A+++ experience. I recommend the hotel for those with handicapped family who wish to enjoy a respectful and caring experience.」

「Very friendly staff and very helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean, well-maintained and plenty of tea/coffee in the rooms! The food in the bar/restaurant was very good with plenty of choice. Breakfast was fine - could have done with more choice of pastries, vut the bacon roll was delicious!!」

「The hot tub was excellent and we used it earlier each day. Although we took most things with us there was a general store just a few yards away. There were two small issues which I brought to the attention of the host and they were dealt with immediately.」

「地域のハブステーションであるチェスター駅の目の前にある立地がとにかく便利。 内装やスタッフの対応など、全体的には四つ星ホテルとして申し分なし。 泊まった部屋のトイレの水がやたら流れづらかったのだけが気になりました。 あとはバスタブもある部屋だったのは良いとして、シャワーガードの扉が短いので慣れてない日本人にとってはちょっと扱いづらいかもしれません。 それらが問題なければ、おすすめできるホテルです。」

「Not what we had expected but a pleasant stay. This is not a hotel but rather a room in a town-house. The room was modern, clean and we'll furnished. Very close to all Chester's main attractions. We enjoyed our stay.」

「可愛らしい部屋で、必要なものは揃っています。ですが、ポットについては何ヶ月洗っていないのだろう？というくらい抵抗がある汚れ方をしていましたので使いませんでした。ポットを使う予定がある方はご注意ください。 立地は大聖堂も近く、観光にも便利ですが、駅からスーツケースを引いての徒歩移動は無謀です。タクシーの使用をお勧めします。」

「Fabulous location central to everything. Superb restaurants next to the hotel.. spoilt for choice!! Also breakfast at the hotel itself was loverly… the choice was amazing from fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and cooked breakfasts. Staff and receptionists were very helpful and loverly and went above and beyond to make my birthday stay special!」
