「The positives were the airy room and lovely garden. The big negative was the buffet breakfast which they proudly claim to be award-winning. The reality is that for a 4 star hotel, the quality and range of options was extremely poor. Too many short cuts and cost cutting. The veggie options were limitd and not displayed on the tables and there were no extras (eg crushed avocado) even if you were willing to pay a bit extra. There was no fruit yogurt in individual pots and no higher quality healthy...

「部屋は綺麗で問題は無かったが、バスタオル等が用意されておらず、聞きに行った。 聞いたが、何か次の日用だとかなんとかいって全員分くれなかった。 シャワーの水圧が安定せず、弱くなったり強くなったり、イギリス全域に言える事だが、水回りはすこぶる悪い。 朝食はボリュームがあり、大変満足できた。」

「The general overall stay was super. The staff very helpful especially when we had a problem with our tv, came and sorted it straight away. The organisation of the breakfast with tables linked to your room name was a real plus! Much nicer than 'sit where you like'! Breakfast was lovely with great service, the one down side was the lack of fresh fruit and the tables could be a little larger! Room was clean, well maintained and serviced. Great to have parking and only a 2 minute walk into the...

「Plenty of parking. Good seating areas both inside and out. Enjoyed food and service very good. Just a 5 min walk into lyndhurst which had a good selection of shops and cafes.」

「We had a Premier plus room on the hottest day. It was cool with dark curtains and we had the best sleep. The staff worked so hard and were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately there was a lift out of action so that made queues but everything else was really good including the location.」
