"Very friendly and helpful staff. We have a campervan and able to park in their associated car park in adjacent building and plenty of room. We had one of the rooms in the extension which was lovely and clean and warm. Easy 20 min walk to Guildhall for our gig and plenty of pubs and eateries en route and a huge variety. Breakfast was really good. A great stay and would definitely come back when visiting Southampton without a doubt!! "

The daily breakfast is outstanding in quality, service and variety. The pool is truly an added bonus being warm , large and having a hot tub. Even though I was not able to use the gym area it looked great! I highly recommend a stay at The Leonardo not only for its appeal but for the ease of walk ability to anything you may need or want. Also a small garden with some chairs (perhaps a couple more would be good.) Also offered an upgrade so that we (3 sisters) did not need to use the couch. "

"Was warmly welcomed by the owner, Kara, after I debarked from Royal Caribbean and walked from City cruise terminal. She let me leave my luggage and return to check in. There was no lift, but her husband was kind to bring my bag up to my room before I returned. Room was comfortable and a continental breakfast was included. Stayed two nights before getting on my next cruise. Will stay again! "
