We had one of the rooms in the extension which was lovely and clean and warm. Easy 20 min walk to Guildhall for our gig and plenty of pubs and eateries en route and a huge variety. Breakfast was really good. A great stay and would definitely come back when visiting Southampton without a doubt!! "

"Was warmly welcomed by the owner, Kara, after I debarked from Royal Caribbean and walked from City cruise terminal. She let me leave my luggage and return to check in. There was no lift, but her husband was kind to bring my bag up to my room before I returned. Room was comfortable and a continental breakfast was included. Stayed two nights before getting on my next cruise. Will stay again! "
