「The location of the house was a short walk from the train station. The neighbourhood felt safe and clean. The house itself was well looked after and clean. 「Read your email that they sent you because those instructions are really important, this was such a cute place to stay and they really look after you. The bed was super comfortable. The room was super comfortable. The continental breakfast that’s provided a lot of love goes into the room has everything you need? The host is lovely. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to stay before going to Stonehenge. Plenty of local dining options as well.」

「This is my second stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The room was spotless. I really liked having a fridge in the room with fresh milk and water. The room was quiet and comfortable. 「Friendly host, warm and cozy cottage atmosphere out on the country - very private and quiet too. The room was so nicely appointed and we loved the sound of the babbling stream outside. The bathroom was large and bright and had a big bathtub. Everything was so clean and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order each day. A wonderful spot away from the madding crowds but so close to so many beautiful places. 」

「The property is a period house and the owner Chris has kept it to that style, very clean with a excellent breakfast cooked to perfection by Chris with a wide and varied choice of food. Whitwell is a designated dark sky area with some very pretty houses lots of thatched roofs,the local pub is only a few minutes walk and well worth a visit,the food is excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay at Kingsmede ,it fulfilled all my wife and I hopes」
