The front door was open and did not appear to be able to be close. There was a loose wire on the floor outside the bathroom. The desk was damaged. The beds were poor quality and the bedding shabby. The room was dirty with dead flies on the windowsill and sugar all over the side. There was broken glass on the driveway. The staff do not answer the phone."
