I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. "Owner was super nice and very accommodating with our change of schedule (due to train issues). Place was clean. No A/C (that we were aware of), which we opened the window. Unfortunately, it was a Friday night and the people outside were a bit loud for awhile (not the owner’s fault). The only downside was we found out we were only renting a room when we arrived, not the apartment itself. Great location and close to the cruise terminals."

"The location could not have been better for our cruise. It is located perfectly next to a very historic section of the city and also within walking distance of good pubs and restaurants. The bar/restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. Checking in and out was easy and the hotel staff was pleasant and most helpful. We would definitely stay again."
