The breakfast was really great and there is lots of options for all diets. Room was spacious and clean, bed was really comfortable. 「I’m so disappointed with this arrived and it was not even close to what I was expecting from the booking. Not to mention that I had to wait outside for nearly an hour and a half as someone else had taken my room and I had not been given any information on how to enter the property keys, et cetera. 「Beautiful hotel and grounds with an outside dining facility. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Fay on reception. Good food. Downside no lifts and no fridge or facility to phone reception from bedrooms, otherwise a perfect stay for our requirements and would book again.」

「We chose this guest house because of the excellent reviews. We were not let down, it was exceptional. Everything we wanted and more! Very nice hosts, very clean room with all we wanted. A surprisingly full breakfast that was fresh and tasty. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Lymington and if we return this will be our accommodation.」

「英語がほとんど話せない私でも大事に扱ってくださったやさしいご主人。もっと会話ができると更に楽しかったのだろうけれど…。サッカー観戦で訪れましたがスタジアムまで徒歩３０分位でしょうか。日本人の感覚だと床のカーペットが気になりますが外国ではこれくらいが常識なのかな。小さいけれどシャワー室があり、シャワーが上下に移動できるのですごく良かった。お部屋は小さめですが女子の私には気にならず、快適に過ごせました。とてもアットホームで朝食はご主人の手作り卵料理が食べられます。あまり近くをウロウロしなかったので近所のSHOP情報は不明です。」

「Steve was really friendly and helped us find a nice place for dinner and breakfast. Kindly sorted a parking space on the property as I think it was a quiet night. But there’s also a huge car park on the other side of the building. More to do at the property than we realised. The communal area is brilliant. Don’t waste your money in the arcades as there’s loads to do at the hotel: pool, air hockey, table tennis, old school games table (pac man etc), sound system to choose your own music. Also...
