「Arrived slightly earlier than check in and was told the room was not ready but to help ourselves to tea and coffee. Greeted by Mateus....very very very helpful and friendly, credit goes to Mateus.
There is no air con at the hotel and the lift was broken at the time, we were lucky only staying on the first floor. That is the only negative to this review.
Staff was all round amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. Always working hard and it was busy! Credit to all your staff that was working...

「Great place. Checkin super easy. Room was a twin and lovely. Shower pucker too which is important. Pool was a lovely touch and breakfast was monster. 」
「Property was perfect for us. We needed somewhere close to the hospital for an early morning op and it was perfect. Saved a taxi fare by being able to walk. Recommended. 」
「Really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and comfortable. Both restaurants were good but The Jetty is best for choice and special occasions. Aircon in Jetty bar area was a bit fierce. Rooms very clean and comfortable and always seemed to be a staff member in the corridor if needed. Rooms pretty quiet too. Overall a lovely place to stay and we’d return.」
