"This was an amazing experience! These people have been doing this for 40 years, and have it down! Hospitality is second nature to them! Everything was lovely! They gave us the family suite so we wouldn’t have to bring our luggage upstairs. Hilary made the most perfect breakfast and it was so lovely to chat with her. "The patio was completely removed and under construction, which I'm sure will benefit future travelers, but made the outdoor patio unavailable to us during our stay. Despite that, the views from our room were beautiful. We ate at the restaurant on-site and the food was very good. Continental breakfast was also nicely provided to start the day of adventuring. Staff were polite and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Onsite parking was the biggest deterrent. The parking slots were VERY close to one another, leaving very little room to maneuver and to get luggage and people in and out of the car once parked. The hotel is outside of the city of Bath, so if you are looking for a quiet stay, within close driving or busing distance, this is a great location for you!"
