"We enjoyed our stay, although we spent most of our time in the town centre. The hotel is very conveniently siuated, comfortable and has a nice luxury feel. There are some comments that it could use a refurb but we did not feel that was the case for our room, only in the lobby toilets did I notice some wear and tear. I would return to this hotel, should I be staying in Bath again but will make more use of the facilities next time. The staff are pleasant and helpful but the only negative was one of our drinks orders taken in the garden was forgotten and took 30 mins to arrive but this is not a reason to overshadow our stay and the waiter was very apologetic. "

"The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were lovely, clean & the beds were very comfortable. On site parking & heated outdoor pool. Breakfast was very good. Overall stay was excellent. "

"Great hotel, super friendly staff, lovely swimming pool. Awesome breakfast served by fantastic waitresses who were lovely. Good sized room and excellent shower, floor a little creaky and bed slightly hard but to be expected in a property of this age. No evening meals unfortunately but plenty of local food options nearby. A little bit of noise in the morning from the coaches running their engines first thing, not excessive. Overall very happy with our stay at Laguna, nice old fashioned style hotel with plenty of character and good value "

"Lovely hotel! Looks a little like a nursing home at the front, but lovely inside. Room was clean, spacious and had all the ammenities. We chrcked out at 5am to go to goodwood and the night staff were blooming lush! "

"After a long flight our room was ready when we arrived a couple of hours early. Perfect. The location was convenient. The room was fine, we did not make use of the available gin."
