「Ive stayed at this hotel so was a return guest. I was shocked that after i had booked through expedia i was phoned by the hotel to say we had to pay extra to use the pool area. It would have been an extra £160 for use of the pool for one afternoon and a early swim the morning. The breakfast this morning was poor and the service very disappointing. We had to wait over 30 mins for our breakfast they ran out of juice bread fruit x butter and i and many other guest had to keep asking for things to...

「I forgot to ask for two single beds. I asked for it at the front desk and they had it ready for me. The front desk staff was very courteous and appreciative. Breakfast is also very good.」
