Checking was swift and efficient. Our room was fine - very good bed, iron & ironing board, good bathroom wit powerful shower and Elemis toiletries. The spa and pools are extensive - several small pools and numerous saunas and steam room. Breakfast menu was extensive though I felt the quality of the hot breakfast didn’t live up to the luxury badge of the hotel
The room had a single wardrobe that was totally inadequate for our 5 night stay.
The staff were very helpfull. The outdoor pool was very nice. The breakfast was very good but the management of the restaurant during breakfast is poor for a 5 star hotel.
Outdoor pool was Excellent 👌👍 poolside pool facilities excellent several pools like thermal pool spa pool highly recommend. Breakfast good but chaotic the first day they were slow clearing tables queues to get in perhaps more staff helping with this?. Room..Generally clean...thoufh.drops a point for this am afraid. So clean bedding, had to ask for towel change...I 🤔 they are given set amount of time to turn round rooms. There was a caramel colour substance on both bath towels and on wall near the bathroom door when we arrived. Asked for fresh towels day after ..
Excellent stay, the staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Staff kept the room well stocked with coffee and biscuit supplies.
Really enjoyed our stay.
My room was nice and clean. My bed was comfortable. My breakfast was very unsatisfactory, not the level of 4* hotel. You even get better in 3*.
I was surprised to find out that it cost£25 pounds to use gym, or swimming pool. In all hotels I stayed it was included in the price for the room.
Location suited me as I came for the opera.
Around the corner there are a few ok restaurants. I was told that dinner on Crescent is nit good and much overpriced . Parking cost £30 .pet night. So at the end they drain your purse. Be ready.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The bedroom was lovely and very comfortable, and that spa facilities provided the perfect way to relax. The food was excellent and the staff were all lovely and made us feel so welcome.
Very friendly staff on check in. Taken to a lovely clean room, and shown how to access spa. Breakfast very good and overall, would definitely stay there again.
