A very welcoming hotel with fabulous staff and wonderful facilities. Drinks first at Theo burg Bar followed by lunch at the world renowned Helen Darroze - an incredible experience from start to finish. We’ll be back !
The exterior is truly breathtaking and absolutely stunning. Everything about this hotel is exceptional — we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. In particular, the staff’s thoughtfulness and attention to detail are in a class of their own. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our experience even more memorable. A truly outstanding hotel in every respect.
The reception people, the concierge, the staff at the breakfast and at the bar… and I am sure the other people working at the hotel are very keen to make guests feel comfortable and make us like coming back home. They have th pleasure to please.
Hi, I liked the historical site , the staff so kind and the bedroom.
I would have liked to find a nespresso machine in the room, just to be indipendent in coffee time.
But in any case I had a wonderful staying
Kind regards mc
The service was exceptional. On the second morning I was woken by the sounds of construction taking place in the room above mine. It went on for hours. When I informed the staff at reception, with my permission they moved my things to a suite while I was out. I was traveling alone so the suite wasn't essential, but I appreciated the gesture. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. A steak ordered from room service at 2 AM exceeded expectations. A great experience overall.
Winston Churchill was once said "My needs are simple I like the very best" and that is exactly what you will experience at the Connaught. From the great bars, cigar lounge to the Michelin 3 Star restaurant - exceptional.
