Great room, great staff. The only negative was they only had a small, single service elevator running, which made it cumbersome to get back and forth to the room. Overall a good stay and would stay again, once the elevator issues are resolved.

Our stay was phenomenal. The hotel is in a very nice area, with everything you need nearby, and the atmosphere is peaceful, not the hustle and bustle of tourists in the city center. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. This will definitely be my hotel to return to in NYC. They offer breakfast and have a gym too.

Beautiful views from the rooftop pool and complimentary happy hour wine was a nice surprise!

The hotel was nice but the prices were very high. We ordered a pot of coffee and a cup of decaf in the morning and the bill was $28.00. Everything was very expensive.
