San Diego Kid friendly Vacations

Pay attention to your booking. They tried to give us a basic room at check after we paid $300 more to upgrade to a premium room. Also check your bill at check out. The property was okay. Staff could have been a bit more friendly. Food options were limited on the property. IMO it wasn’t worth the money we spent.

The room cleaning was poor until we complained and then the room was cleaned properly

Definitely would book again. Location is very nice. And pretty much ideal to walk around in the area. From Gaslamp to Balboa Theater. Rooms was clean view was great and customer service was excellent. Thanks again

Everything was great.

From reviews i had read, we were concerned about not being able to check in before 4PM. However, we arrived at 12:30pm and were able to get our room immediately. While the facility has some obvious older edges, we found everything clean and well kept. The room was comfortable with a great view of the harbour. Overall we had a great stay!

I enjoyed my weekend stay here. It was in a very convenient location right off the freeway, only a few minutes from Old Town and a short drive into Balboa Park and more of the downtown area. The room was clean and plenty spacious for a solo traveler, housekeeping was excellent in resetting the room every day while I was out. The restaurant attached was also very good, and self-parking was $15 per night, which is on the cheaper side of what other places are charging. Will strongly consider for my next trip to San Diego!
