"Been staying here for the last 5 years. Great hotel, clean amazing service. Only issue is their beds and pillows. The pillows are quite literally flat with no support and the mattress itself had me and my wife with back pain from the little support it had left. Another thing: I wish they would have more security at the beach area is for our hotel because every time we have stayed in Loews and stayed at the beach there have been people who do not belong to the hotel sit next to me and my wife on the loungers and it’s absolutely ridiculous when we are paying customers who also have to pay for where we stay. They need to have some sort of wristbands."

"Great Hotel for a Post-Cruise Stay! The Grayson Hotel in downtown Miami was the perfect stop after a long cruise. The location was incredibly convenient and within easy walking distance of the Port of Miami, which made getting off the ship and settling in very easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were amazing. The pool and views were definitely highlights—we could have easily spent the whole day relaxing there. The hotel also puts you within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants, bars, and the lively energy of downtown Miami. For the location, atmosphere, service, and overall experience, I thought the price was very reasonable. It was exactly what we needed after a long cruise, and we would absolutely stay at the Grayson again!"

"Staff at front desk are always amazing. The room was clean , neat & tidy, bed was comfortable. The bartender at the bar/restaurant is the most rude person I’ve ever meet!!! Been there multiple times & he always has the same attitude & approach. The only negative is him."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel in Miami. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional. The location was excellent, with restaurants within walking distance and attractions like the Frost Science Museum and Jungle Island just a short drive away. Overall, a great experience and a convenient place to stay in Miami, especially when traveling with children. I would definitely stay here again!"
