Beautiful complex and views from the room. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but clean. Only downside was the bed was very old and uncomfortable so we had to buy a foam topper which we then had to leave there rather than travel home with it.

I cannot begin to explain the EXCEPTIONAL service, amenities, accommodations and experience at this resort. We fell in love with Hualalai and will 1000% be returning. I came here with my husband for my 50th birthday and was treated with such kindness. The staff here are above and beyond and honestly, as a frequent Marriott Ambassador Elite traveler, I have to say that Marriott’s higher end brands need to step it up to match the class, ease, and care that Four Seasons has shown us. Look no further if you are deciding on which Hawaii island to visit. We are looking at property here already if that tells you anything! Beautiful view Could have used a concierge

Excellent experience save for the ginormous cane/huntsman spider found in our bedroom that has crawled in through a large hole in the ceiling. Staff were very prompt in spraying the area as well as filling the hole the next day. We chose to sleep in the living room the rest of our stay since the spider had disappeared before we were able to get rid of it and we're not sure if it went back up through the home or was hiding in the bedroom but the pullout couch luckily wasn't too bad to sleep on, just wish we could've slept more comfortably and been less scared as both my husband and I are scared of spiders let alone ones as huge as a 2+ fist-size spider.
