Everything about my stay was fantastic. I can’t fault anything, the friendly staff, the huge variety of options for breakfast, the suite, to the nightly chocolates. The balcony view overlooking the city was impressive. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Good selection is not that great

Property was beautiful, staff attentive. Only complaint was prior to arriving ordering a pick up from the hotel was impossible as their payment system was not working and there was no flexibility from the hotels end. They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi.

To Peninsula Teams, We would like to expressed my sincere review to The Peninsula Bangkok. We have a pleasant stay with hotel by offering upgrading our room from deluxe to suites. Thank you very much ! The room was immaculate-with beautiful view, spacious for relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. i appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary refreshment and luxurious toiletries. we definitely will come back again and i already looking forward to my next stay. Had a 3 night stay here. The location of the hotel is really central and close to a couple of the mrt stations. It is also only a 5 minute walk to Raffles, for the compulsory Singapore Sling!! The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all of the essentials, such as a mini fridge. The staff were super helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever get back to beautiful Singapore.
