Asia Kid friendly Vacations

We stayed in different hotels during our stay in Vietnam and this one was one of our best. The room is not the biggest but everything is there, whatever you need. It's comfortable and the design is amazing. It feels really welcoming. We got an upgraded room with a big window. The staff is very nice and helpful. They really did the best to make our stay great. Highly recommended!

Good hotel, slow lift

The staff and the food are amazing. However, the block where I stayed and my room were badly in need of renovation. Damage to the floor tiles in my room could have led to cut feet if I hadn't worn flip flops and paid careful attention to where I was walking.

Hotel was perfect for our stay...Staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were great and also great to have TV services including Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc. Didn't really use the bar and the breakfast was fine but would've expected to have more western staple options including mushrooms, Pastries, cereals and weren't sure why the bacon was being hidden away under the egg station so noone knew it was there. Otherwise it was ok but i found i only had eggs and toast and sausages each day. Was the only downside to our stay but not a major.

We had a great 9 night stay at the Prime Plaza Suites with our 12 year old son. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping. The pool and other facilities (table tennis, pool tables, fusball, water slide, etc). are fantastic for kids, while the 12pm - 8pm happy hour is great for parents! The restaurant food and breakfast buffet are also quite good. It can be a little noisy with kids in the pool before 8am but that's not unexpected at a family resort.

Staff was warm welcoming and wonderful, playarea and pool was definitely a delight. Highly recommend with kids. The breakfast buffet had a variety of local and continental.

Excellent location, helpful staff, well equipped room and facilities. Comfortable and clean beds. So helpful to have laundry in our apartment. Would absolutely recommend and book again. We are now at another hotel and the kids keep wanting to go back to the this one.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Close to so many places: shopping, restaurants, attractions.
