"El hotel se encuentra ubicado en una magnífica zona en condado Puerto Rico y la habitación tiene una vista espectacular a la playa de condado punto las instalaciones están muy bien equipadas y tiene una buena variedad de restaurantes y servicios de alberca y playa punto también ahí maestros de actividades como clases de danza o de yoga lo cual da un buen valor agregado"

"The hotel was very clean and all staff were all pleasant and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily which was nice. The free bottled water was very helpful. Parking is an additional daily fee and there is also a resort fee with additional taxes on both of those things. Vivo Beach club was essentially useless. Very crowded, small pool which was more like a gross, crowded bar. The music was so loud it wasn’t even enjoyable to sit on the beach. Not family friendly at all. And it seemed a lot of the area was inundated with people having parties who clearly paid for day use. Nothing like a private beach area I would expect when staying at a “resort”. The hotel itself was lovely, it’s just disappointing that the “amenity” of the beach club was not usable or enough to justify the extra resort fees."

"If you want to stay at resort where pools and restaurants randomly close at odd times, elevators that do not work, being proposed by hookers each night, and have hundreds of drunk 15 years old running at 3am this is the place to be. Beautiful beach but that is it, and its public."

"Very nice hotel for a family vacation. The main pool is the biggest one in Puerto Rico. There are also two other pools that are more quiet. All three pools have a bar for drinks and food. There are several restaurants at the hotel and you don’t recessarily have to leave the resort to get anything. Nori Asian restaurant and Prime steakhouse were excellent. Recommend climbing up to the Britton Tower at El Yunque rain forest mountain, you can drive your car pretty high up and then hike for about 30-40min to the tower. Bacardi distillery tour is also highly recommended and was fun."
