The villa is conveniently located at the main street in La Veleta, Tulum's charmest neighborhood filled with cozy restaurants, bars and coffee shops, within a 5 min walk you can have breakfast at Holistika (Tulum's iconic yoga place), 10 min bike ride (included on your stay) and you'll be swimming at the Cenote Corazon, and just a 15 min drive from Tulum white sand beaches.
The House was decorated with handpicked antiques. Forget your worries and breathe the calm air that flows at the place.
The space
All rooms and spaces of the villa and the house were carefully crafted to make this your home away from home, there is a total of 2 full bedrooms each with it's own full bathroom, 2 half bathrooms, a private rooftop with a nice view of the town and a private pool, there's also fully equipped private BBQ (Argentinean style) next to the pool in the roof where you can have dinner with friends and Family, the main patio with the big pool is a shared space meant to be used mainly by the guests in the apartments. We do have also a few bikes that are available for you to be used and a ping pong table that can be set if you feel like to.
Guest access
The entire house is available for up to 4 people, perfect for a group of friends and family, the house does also have a desk properly set up perfect for digital nomads with high speed optic fiber internet. The big pool is yours to be used, may be used on late night hours while keeping the volume low.
Other things to note:
In the villa 2 old dogs live and wander around but give no trouble, they are very calm and friendly. Construction noise may be heard during working hours, there's a recent site being developed next door.
