I had the privilege to stay in the Garden Suite, with access to the Club Lounge. The check-in was SWIFT. A manager came, handled my little luggage and a bell-boy took over and walked me to the Club Lounge. Hot & cold drinks & tea-time snacks were served. I spent an hour before going to the Suite. The suite is IMPECCABLE, from the furnishing to the amenities (Imabari towels) & toiletries (Bamford). It has a large balcony. Though it was rather windy, I kept one of the large panels open. The huge private garden (like a private park) with 3 story pagoda is incredible and the pools, onsen, sauna and hot tubs are really nice.
This was once a Four Seasons Hotel and still now remains one the best classic Ritz Carlton like hotels in Tokyo.

Missing Keio Plaza already, and just thinking about an excuse to return to Tokyo.
I was pleasantly surprised with the service level, cleanliness, willingness to assist from all staff. Even when there were lots of guests they managed to offer personal touches during service. I praise the hotel management and commitment from all employees we came across.
Special mention to Mr Fuentes from the Club Level, also special thanks to housekeeping, they did it perfectly and discretely, it was pleasant to...

The most amazing king size bed we’ve ever seen. 92” wide! Perfectly firm. Great views from 29 floor and up renovated rooms. Amazing shower bath and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge.

The Peninsula Tokyo lives up to the Penisula's reputation as a premier hotel. The staff is incredible and our trip was capped off with a last minute dinner reservation the concierge was able to get us at one of Tokyo's Michelin two star restaurants.

Hotel location is very good and within walking distance from metro/JR train stations and Tokyo station shopping district. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We found the rooms to be very large and comfortable. We had a minor clog in the toilet and it was fixed quickly after we reported it. Our only regret is that the reservation spot available at the Sushi Sora restaurant was too late for us. Overall enjoyed the stay very much.

the Conrad is one of the very best 5 star hotels that I have stayed in. The views overlooking Tokyo Bay and Hamarikyu gardens are great. The hotel is a short walk to Hamarikyu garden and the Sumida river water bus. The fish market is nearby. The hotel sits above Shiodome subway station and communicates underground with Shimbasi station.

Great view of Tokyo Japan from your room
Hotel staff cleans your place 2-3 times during the day to make sure your place is well kept. Never ran out of bottle water and always filled anything that was used. Never had such amazing service like this before.
Free access to gym, internet, pool, and classes.
Hotel is very pricey.
