We expected it to be chaotic and messy due to the Stanley Cup parade and overall I think everyone did a great job. We checked in at 7pm on Friday and our room was considered clean. However, our trash was full, our bathtub had open body wash from a prior guest and one bed didn't have a top sheet.
It was nice with lots of restaurants and great parking. Staff was friendly. Would’ve liked more shopping areas and some places for my teen to go while we were in the casino. Also didn’t realize there was no pool or spa. Resort fee seemed high for the lack of resort.
Great location. Within walking distance of the Arch. Nice, bright rooms with large windows and pretty views. Nice happy hour.
Good overall service and facility. The beds were nice and the room was pretty quiet.
Our experience was amazing, we booked the room a couple of months ago for a concert, and we got lucky that the Blues went to Game 7 of The Stanley Cup! The whole city was electric! The hotel staff was very friendly and a very fun environment!
