「Location, Location, Location. If you want to explore Soulard, this is the place for you!! Walk to farmers market and many bars and restaurants. The apartment its self was good. The courtyard could use some attention. There were no games as listed and the fence to courtyard needs fixed. The apartment was clean but could tell the floor need a different kind of cleaning agent. They were sticky from a swifter or cleaner or something. We had to wipe the tv down in order to see the screen...

「The property was local to everything needed for our stay in soulard. Thanks again. 」

「We had a work team meeting for 3 days at this location. The building was nice and clean and worked great for the number of people we had. The location was also close to the STL Cardinals stadium and ballpark village which worked good. The only issue was that during an entire day and night of our stay the power was completely shut off due to new power poles and power lines being run throughout the entire neighborhood. There were trucks, generators, and other heavy equipment being ran until 4am...

「We were traveling with our toddlers and the space worked perfectly for us. Plenty of space for them to play and was nice to have bedrooms separate from living space. We spent a lot of time on the balcony at night and while you can hear the music from the local bars it is not obnoxious. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking. Parking was easily found on the street most nights. 」
