"I stayed at this hotel 4 nights for a business trip. The entire stay was disappointing. I was told the room could only be cleaned every three days, but that this was not guaranteed because they were having trouble with housekeeping. The room was not cleaned at all during my stay. The hallways and stairways were unvacuumed and most rooms had bags of garbage piled outside the doors. My sink had no drain cover, just an open hole with a slow drain. The toilet was also a slow drain. Two mornings I did not have hot water. My room key failed to work and had to be re-set, which is understandable, but it just added to my frustration. The internet went out one evening, and that included the television. There were no glasses or cups in the room, and no ice bucket. The police were there one evening, escorting someone out of the hotel. Perhaps this was a positive sign, but it added to the sense of gloom and disaster that permeated this hotel environment. The staff were not unkind, but they seemed frustrated and overwhelmed. I am glad I didn't spend too much time in the room, and even gladder when it was time to check out and come home."

"Great place to stay. Super clean property and rooms. We did get ants in our room but I did leave food out. Beds were comfortable and it got super cold and nice black out curtains. The coffee station and ice cream machine were nice. I would give it 9/10"

"The hotel is beautiful and a safe place to stay but in my 3 week stay, my room was cleaned twice (even after requesting more). I asked to have the parking fee removed for the 1 1/2 weeks that I was there since the parking garage gates were open the whole time and everyone in the city could park for free, but I was told "no". No other explanation than it was required of the people staying there and no manager was available to speak with. There was no empathy at all by any of the people at the front desk."

"I liked having a kitchenette with refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but there was discolored grout in the shower."

"At check in, Steven was very rude and difficult, and we won't be customers at your hotel again becase he was so rude. Also, the pullout bed had human hairs and debris on the mattress. However, the breakfast staff and selection was great (with some healthy options), and so was the check out staff that morning. Overall, the place was good. But Steven ruined the whole experience for us, as well as the filthy mattress. ."
