"The gameroom and pool were both out of commission during our stay. Other than that it was a great stay!"

"The hotel was clean, it felt safe, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly! The pool was nice. We ate breakfast and at the kickback twice, and the food was good for free hotel food! The free drinks were nice as well. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the park that was only a few-minutes drive from the hotel. There were also several restaurants and stores nearby which were convenient. We will stay here again on our next trip to STL!"

"Weathered. Pool green and draining right into parking lot all weekend. Breakfast weak for rates over $200. Have to ask to have your room cleaned or towels replaced. Don’t anticipate a return visit."

"Room was primarily clean except random hairs still in the tub/sink/bathroom floor. That is my only complaint on this hotel! Would stay again everything else was great. "

"The pool and hot tub were in working order and very clean. The pool is open 24x7, with children excluded at night. Everything was clean, even the parking lot. There's a nice lobby area if you have other people to hang out with. We didn't hear people through the walls, just sometimes when people were passing in the hall and talking loudly."

"This is definitely a no frills hotel. The grounds are not well maintained--grass needs cutting, concrete steps are crumbling. When we got to our room, we learned that the TV was not working. We had to move to another room because we were told that there is no maintenance. It was early evening, so not sure if no maintenance in the evening or no maintenance at all. Although there were clean towels in the room, no wash cloths and no hand soap (although there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash). The oven in the kitchenette was absolutely disgusting! I realized that there was no hair dryer in the room. I went to the front desk and asked and they said someone would bring me one. 8 hours later, still no hair dryer, so I went back and asked again. The front desk clerk promised that she would try to find one for me or let me know if there wasn't any available. Never heard back from her and never got a hair dryer. The website states coffee and tea in the lobby, however we were told that the coffee maker was broken. The exercise room had a treadmill, a stationary bike and an elliptical. The stationary bike was out of order. The treadmill worked fine The one bright spot was that they did allow us to check out late. I would not recommend this hotel."

"first of all, 4 days without hot water and no solution just nothing the front desk can say or do, basically kills the entire stay. The breakfast is okay but the breads are not great. If this is really a hotel, everything must be working and working all the time, no if's or but's. Parking they charge $10/day whilst it should be open parking, again not good."
