「My family was traveling from Pensacola, FL to Minneapolis, MN this past weekend. On Saturday we agreed to drive until we couldn't drive anymore. We booked a room in St Louis and made our way there. Upon arrival I was told that I had reserved for the following weekend. We were all exhausted and now didn't know what to do. Shyra was at the front desk and she was amazing. She kept mom (me) calm and helped us work with Expedia to change the room to that night. What could have ended as a terrible...
「Overall good stay, however, we were initially double charged for our room but was it was corrected when I brought up that we had pre-paid. The parking situation is not ideal with Energizer having most of the good parking spots in the parking garage so you’ll likely have to park on level 2 or 3.」
「Dan was a very gracious host and cooked a delicious breakfast! The house was clean and comfortable and an easy walk to the Anheuser-Busch Brewery where I was attending an event. 」
「This property has live plants everywhere and it is so refreshing!! In the pool area there are potted plants and a shower to rinse off!! You never see that at hotels!
The only negative thing I will bring up is the parking and the outside sitting area. You have to park pretty far from the front (only about 15 spaces up front) There is not much sitting space outside like other Comfort Inn and Suites in the area.」
