The valet is the first and the last person to be seen on this property. He did not look up from his phone for anyone. Did not say hello or goodbye to any guests. Not a great representation of the hotel. The staff behind the desk were great.

When I booked this property it told me free parking but we had to pay for parking and the garage was kinda gross and if you’re not an experienced driver it’s kinda confusing to get to the parking garage. But other than that, the staff was so nice and it was very very clean

Nice hotel. Parking is an extra $33 charge. We thought breakfast is included. Nope, extra $18 per person. We ended up going to Southwest Diner. Sooo good! Couple of hairs in shower but other than that, it felt very clean. Location was good.

Front desk was super friendly at check in at 1130 pm and at check out. The lady that works the buffet was super friendly she asked what we were looking for i asked for protein based foods she said "we dont carry that here but i can give you plenty of options in walking distance" that she did! Room was super clean and fancy. I loved how many plugins there were.

The hotel was clean and updated, and the staff was attentive to our every need! The location is fantastic—close (walking distance) to restaurants and bars—and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring in St. Louis.

This was an easy hotel for a three-day visit. I could walk around, have breakfast, and meet friends at the lobby bar.

The four hour check n time - from 11-3- with early arrival requested for a graduation . A huge wedding party of whom most had to dress 👗 n the bathroom or pile into one ☝️ resins room to dress for a 2:30 wedding ! Very stressful to say the least !!!!
The two very large by black hairs in the bathroom was the final drop . I know mat of this was because the house to was sold out for two nights due t events , however, I think a more streamlined reservation system is a n order ! Nancy Suppelsa

Veryyyy horrible experience was double charged for rooms who was booked & I still have yet to get my deposit back was charged king rooms and got queens because they had a wedding party and service them first instead of reservation roof top was flooded out and they would not serve us after 11 for drinks

The hotel was nice, the town was cute and close to everything. The bed was comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because, the bathroom door is glass and was too easy to hear everything and not much privacy if you have more than one person staying in the room. We had another room attached to us, and the kids next door tried to come in our room and played with door knob/we'd hear them cry at night. Online it promotes the upstairs balcony/restaurant. We thought we would have access to it in the am/whenever we want, but it was closed during the day, only open at 4pm and completely separate business from the hotel, we tried to go up and eat dinner there one night, and our teenager could not enter with us past 8pm. Hubby and I did eventually go there for a drink and appetizers, but it was so full we didn't get to sit outside on balcony, that area seating is limited. If you're like us and wanting a hotel where there is an area to sit and enjoy with your family or just relax, this isn't the hotel. Other then that, the hotel was nice.
