"The room was comfortable and clean and the room temp was easy to control. The shower could use some safety measures - at least a grab bar - so if you have any safety concerns, I suggest you book a handicapped room."

"This hotel was not customer service friendly at all whatsoever. Check in was late even though i had a reservation. I checked in the room and reserved the room for my daughter. They kicked my daughter out for noise complaints at 2AM with not one warning. It was her and her two friends listening to music and dancing late. That's fine. They shouldve been quieter. My issue is speaking with the front desk agent and manager who told me that I would not get my deposit back because of the complaints. The room was not damaged or anything. The front desk agents were not trying to help with this issue at all. The front office manager called me from her cell phone(unprofessional) to argue me down about how my daughter was not 21. Her being 20 years old does not justify keeping my deposit. She says that noise complaints is part of the incidentals and i agreed to it when i signed the contract. I didn't receive a contract paper at check in just the keys. I left one of the keys at the front desk for my daughter, she picked it up with no problems. They didn't ask for ID and I told them that "my daughter" would be picking up a key. No one told me about an age policy and i clearly stated my daughter. The only rules that I was informed about were on the expedia website. All of a sudden since they just want to keep my deposit, they have all of these rules. Nothing is wriiten down. Corporate has no idea what is going on. The staff just wants to argue and be right not provide decent "

"The room was clean and quiet. There was a basketball tournament in town but the kids were reasonable. The bathroom was very clean. Caulk was immaculate…no water stains or damage. Tile in shower was newer looking. I did miss a makeup mirror but that was it."

"We really enjoyed Leamington Lounge. It had easy keyless entry for our late night arrival. We loved the tall ceilings, which give the place an open, airy feel. Does have AC, but we opted to turn off and open the windows for a nice cross breeze during our 85 degree stay. Great light from the equally tall windows. We had to leave our chocolate lab home on this trip. However, the layout is perfect for both humans and dogs alike. The beds were genuinely comfortable (not always the case). The place was immaculate and well cared for. We also loved the back deck to sit and unwind. The neigborhood was teeming with life - people in their gardens, walking their dogs, etc. It was in a perfect location for visiting our family in Maplewood and Webster Groves areas. One thing to note for future guests: there isn't a master bedroom or full bath on the main level. Easy carpeted steps though. Something to keep in mind depending on your needs. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit! The Post and Piccadilly at Manhattan will be included on our list."
