"Wyndham rewards member was escorted off this property BY POLICE for reasons still unknown to me. They had a full turn out in the pool/sauna area, but ran out of towels at some point. They give 2 body towels for the rooms, no separate towels for the pool. A SOLD OUT HOTEL ran out of towels and no back up. I was upset but i didn't curse "Skye" and I didn't get aggressive. Yet i was told to leave and didn’t get my money back. I would like a full refund as we DID NOT stay here."

"The place was clean, the pool was functional, the food was decent, and my kids favorite part was the cookie hour! Will definitely pick this hotel when we come back to the St Louis area!"

"The room was so dirty. The floors were sticky and the walls were dirty. Bedding didn't look clean either. "

"Common areas like elevator and some hall areas were in dire need of deep cleaning as well as some trash pick up and general maintenance. Lobby great. Parking areas well lighted and clean. "

"The staff was very helpful! The room was great! The breakfast, ice cream, coffee bar were excelent. The kids loved the indoor pool. Will be our go to stay from bow on when visiting Saint Louis."
