「Very nice apartment in a perfect location in Old St. Charles. Tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful Frontier Park along the Missouri distance is across the street in the back. Some have mentioned noise at night from several bars and clubs playing music, and while there definitely was some, none of our party found it bothersome at all - no sleep disturbance at all! Recommend the Divine Otter for a great, unique stay in St. Charles.」

「Perfect location to enjoy the historic district of St. Charles. We parked our vehicle in the back parking lot when we arrived, and our vehicle didn’t leave the parking lot until we were leaving to go home. We easily walked to all the shops, restaurants, and local events. Our suite was very clean. There is a bar next door which has a lot of night life while we were there for the weekend. The noise from the bar didn’t really bother us though. We will definitely stay here again.」

"I chose this hotel because of good reviews of its clean rooms and good breakfast. However it is not so. There was no person at the reception and a note is posted on the counter when I arrived. I could not have breakfast due to our early flight. I had told that fact one day before on the phone but they didn’t offer anything instead. Does it mean we should not believe reviews? Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing. Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly. "

"ロビー、廊下、部屋が典型的なアメリカのホテル、という感じです。空調やテレビの操作が簡単です。雰囲気が落ち着いてますし、スタッフの方々はフレンドリーです。部屋の広さにゆとりがあります。一階に無人の店があり、割と品揃えがあります。朝食がおいしいです。総合的にいって私は大変気に入りました！"
