"Came from staying at the Kansas City Lowe’s hotel
What a difference
The room service at the Lowe’s came in cardboard containers
It was terrible
The attitude was bad you guys are amazing thank you "
"Very nice and clean property. The elevators performed better this trip. You can’t beat the nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Plus the swim club, hot tub, sauna, steam room and other amenities make it the best place to stay in St Louis. Only complaint is ice and water for bottles. The fountains don’t work and haven’t in over a year, plus getting ice is like pulling teeth. But the food and everything else was great service at the hotel. Will stay again on future trips to St Louis."
