"Stayed 2 nights and room service didn’t come in to clean the sheets or towels"

"The beds were uncomfortable, old and had dips in them. The room was clean. It was hard to regulate the temp in the room, too cold or too hot. The blower was directed right at the beds so it was very drying. "

"My kids appreciated the pool (crowded as it was!). The happy hour and fountain soda in the breakfast area was a pleasant surprise. Rooms are a bit worn, hallway looked like it had some water issues as well with missing tiles/exposed pipes. Bed was too soft for me. We had to switch rooms due to wet carpet by the AC; staff was very accommodating, but it was an inconvenience after we had unpacked."

"Nice stay at an older downtown hotel. Was in walking distance of most attractions we were in town for. Very quiet even though there were several middle and high school girls volleyball teams in town for a tournament. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Over all a great hotel, We stay here every time we come to STL. The rooftop made a delicious cherry cokes for the kids and the restaurant downstairs had great food. This time we were on the 24th floor. It was a bit loud up there do to the roof top bar and grill, but it wasnt bad enough to stop sleep "
