「Not a very big hotel and needs some work. Not very good if you are disabled. They put me by loud continuous noises above the pool area so no way to ever sleep or rest. Had to be moved and made us wait until 4 pm to check in. They got other people rooms ready that got there the same time as us 2 hrs before check in along with others checking in. We had to wait several hours regardless of my disability and for a room that was not even fit for us to sleep in due to the noise issues. 」

「Super clean hotel, zero bugs. Secure property, with convenient access to La Placita area and the bus lines are a quick 2 min walk. Staff very helpful.. and prices were very affordable (Apr 2026) — A/C is ice cold; rooms are spacious w/ kitchen area that includes fridge, stove, microwave (apartment)」

「Amazing stay, the service was outstanding!! Highly recommended if you want to be close to Old San Juan. The room was so clean and the ocean view was the best thing in the hotel.」

「I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of our room and the comfort of our bed. Now, it was a very large bed, and don't get me wrong, I'm a taller individual and it still took me 5 years to get to my girl on the other side of the bed. And I mean I had to crawl for ages. Thoroughly enjoyed spending some quiet time on the rooftop. There were enough amenities in walking distance, which is what I expected when staying here. It was a good stay and I recommend it.」

「Breakfast during my stay was delightful. Wide variety of options including resort style made to order omelets which I was unable to take advantage of due to purposely getting up late. Lol. The rooms are spacious and modern however no terraces/balcony. The pool is very sneaky comfortable. I've made several attempts to go to the beach a block or two away but stopped by the pool and remained there two out of three days. The staff is super helpful in making accommodations and pleasantly...
