「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」

「殆どの従業員は熱心に働き、親切で愛想が良く、素晴らしかった。食事は複数レストランを利用可能だが、使用する食材の多くは同一のものであるとみられ、少々飽きた。 部屋が非常に不潔だった。枕とカーテンはカビが生えたり強烈な悪臭を放ち、ベランダの物干しは破損、水の流れないトイレ(深夜に自身でタンクの蓋を空け水を入れました)、シャワーヘッドのスタンドも破損。部屋をかえてもらった先でも、枕は悪臭を放っていました。」
